Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time As a small two-person team, we pack every order with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. We try our best to be quick, but we prioritise quality and safety over speed.

 

2. Shipping Costs & Estimates (UK Only) We use Royal Mail to get your Blue Promise to you safely.

• Standard Shipping (Royal Mail 2nd Class): £3.99

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days after dispatch.​

• Free Shipping: Orders over £50 qualify for free Standard Shipping.

 

3. Discreet Packaging We understand that privacy is important.

• All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded external packaging (usually a grey or white mailer bag).

• There is no mention of "Mental Health" on the outside label.

• The "Blue Promise" experience stays safely inside the box until you open it.

 

4. Where is my order? Once we hand the package to Royal Mail, it is on its journey to you.

• If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email us at bluepromiseuk@gmail.com so we can look into it.

• Please check your address carefully at checkout—we cannot replace items sent to the wrong address.

 

5. Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged in the post, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
