Refund Policy
1. Your Right to Cancel We want you to feel safe and supported with your purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason.

3. Conditions of Return To receive a full refund, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received them.

In the original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Earrings or pierced jewellery (unless they arrived faulty).

Custom-made or personalised items.
5. Refunds Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

The money will automatically be applied to your original payment method (e.g., your bank card or PayPal) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Shipping Costs

If you changed your mind: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item is faulty: We will pay for the return shipping or provide a free replacement.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items If you open your Blue Promise box and something is broken, please email us immediately at bluepromiseuk@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will make it right.
